Marnie is a massage therapist with twenty years of experience. She has developed skills to work with your body's inherent "inner wisdom" to treat the causes of pain, tension and restrictions in mobility. She has training in deep tissue, cranio-sacral, myofascial and visceral techniques to discover the source of your discomfort and to help to resolve tissue tension, nerve compression and restrictions to blood and lymphatic flow. By restoring the natural motions of the tissue, the body can begin to return to health and mobility and the activities which bring you joy!
